STRONG BODY KIND MIND EMPOWERED SOUL

BEHIND SOULFIT

Why this
exists.

Come a little closer. This is the story, philosophy and experience behind SoulFit.

WHY SOULFIT EXISTS

True strength isn’t only physical.

It is emotional, mental, and deeply connected to the relationship we have with ourselves.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster and hold everything together, it is easy to lose touch with the very person living inside the body.

SoulFit was created to help you reconnect — through movement, breath, awareness and experiences that bring you closer to what you feel, what you need and what is true for you.

It is a place to build strength with greater presence, to listen more closely, and to remember the part of yourself that may have been waiting beneath the pace and demands of everyday life.

STRENGTH FROM WITHIN

A deeper relationship with yourself.

Strength from within is the quiet confidence that grows when you know yourself more deeply and learn to trust what comes from within.

It means feeling safe in your body, honouring your own guidance, and moving through challenge without leaving yourself behind.

It is recognizing your value beyond appearance, achievement or external validation — and meeting life with greater awareness, self-respect and resilience.

Sometimes strength looks powerful and activated. Sometimes it looks soft, grounded, emotional and honest.

Both are strength.

A belief I have carried throughout my career

We aren’t just teaching a class.
We’re creating an experience.

THE JOURNEY THAT SHAPED SOULFIT

Movement was where it began.

What began as a lifelong relationship with physical strength gradually opened into a deeper understanding of how we live within ourselves.

For more than two decades, I immersed myself in movement, fitness and wellness. I built a career I loved, taught thousands of classes, coached individuals, led incredible teams and never stopped learning.

My life was full. Yet beneath all that movement and responsibility, something within me had become deeply restless.

I had long understood that true well-being reached far beyond physical strength. What I had not done was fully honour that knowing in my own life. I stayed busy. I kept moving. It was easier for me to keep going than to slow down and listen.

I sensed there was more of me waiting beneath everything I had spent years carrying. I didn’t know exactly what I was searching for. I only knew I needed enough space to let that part of me emerge.

So I stepped away from everything familiar, packed a backpack and travelled alone through Southeast Asia.

It wasn’t simply a trip. It became a season of slowing down, listening more deeply and gradually stripping back the layers of who I believed I had to be.

Somewhere along the way, I began discovering who I was when there was nothing left to prove.

That journey changed the way I understood movement. It changed the way I understood strength. And ultimately, it shaped SoulFit.

Today, SoulFit brings together everything movement taught me with everything I discovered when I finally slowed down enough to truly listen.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clear, welcoming and grounded.

Helpful information before you arrive at SoulFit Studio.

What should I bring?

For most SoulFit experiences, bring water and comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. Studio mats are available, although you are welcome to bring your own. A towel is recommended for movement-based classes.

For breathwork, you may also wish to bring a blanket, pillow, extra mat, eye mask or anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded. Please avoid a heavy meal immediately beforehand.

Most importantly, come exactly as you are.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses the breath as a way to gently shift your attention away from constant thinking and back into your body.

Although we breathe automatically every day, breathing with intention can create a different experience — one that invites greater awareness, presence and connection with yourself.

Many people notice that breathwork helps them release built-up stress and tension, create space for emotions to move and settle, feel more grounded and present, and deepen the connection between mind and body.

Every experience is unique. There is nothing you need to achieve. Simply come with curiosity, move at your own pace and allow yourself to experience whatever arises.

What can I expect during breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that can create physical, emotional or mental shifts. Each person's experience is different.

You may notice deep relaxation, tingling, emotion, increased clarity, physical sensation or a sense of peace. You remain in control of your experience and are encouraged to move at your own pace.

What can I expect during the Signature SoulFit Experience?

The Signature SoulFit Experience combines movement, strength-based activation, breath, music, emotional release, grounding and integration in one guided journey.

This is not about perfection or performance. You are encouraged to honour your body, pace and comfort throughout the experience.

Do I need experience?

No. SoulFit experiences are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are.

You are invited to listen to your body, modify when needed and give yourself permission to rest.

Are there breathwork safety considerations?

Certain breathwork practices may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have cardiovascular conditions, severe respiratory conditions, epilepsy or seizures, recent surgery or major injury, pregnancy, severe PTSD, psychosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure or another serious medical concern.

By participating, you accept responsibility for communicating relevant concerns and for honouring your own physical and emotional well-being throughout the experience.

What is the booking and cancellation policy?

Because studio capacity is limited, advance booking is strongly encouraged. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Thank you for taking the time to understand the heart behind SoulFit.

My intention is to hold space, guide your experience and create an environment where you feel supported in exploring what unfolds for you.

I look forward to welcoming you into the studio.
